We now stand at over 700 confirmed bookings.  Please note that the maximum attendance is 800.  If you wish to attend we suggest you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  When we reach 800 we will definately not be able to accept any more bookings.

Bookings for the buffet on Saturday 19th June 2010 have now reached capacity (400), as set by the hotel in which the function will take place.  Unfortunately we have now had to remove this facility from the booking page.  Consequently it is now possible to book for the seminar only.  Please do not send money to pay for the buffet as it will have to be returned to you.

Booking confirmation information

 Please remember to complete and return the booking form at the time of your booking.

If you book by cheque you will receive a receipt either by email (if provided) or by post.

If you book via the website and Google checkout you will receive email confirmation of your booking via Google in the form of 'shipping' confirmation.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING ELSE BY MAIL ETC.

To keep admin costs low we will not send any further information by post.  When you attend the seminar a package will have been prepared and each person who has booked onto the course will be handed the package on attendance at the venue.  This will contain a pass into the dojo and buffet ticket (if applicable), together with other items.

You do not need to bring you receipt or Google confirmation with you as all bookings have been registered and recorded.

 Reminder

We have received communication from Hombu Dojo that for seminars attended by Doshu the protocol is that attendees who wear hakama should wear either black or dark blue ones only.  We ask that you respect this.
